Who am I?
I am a whistleblower and I am also a victim of extremely serious financial frauds, human rights atrocities, state corruption and a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. The case at the heart of this scandal involves very grave matters in the public interest that have, so far, been successfully concealed from society, for 16 years, as a result of a 'cover up' and also as a result of criminal activity that was, and still is being, committed against me by multiple different parties operating within the legal expense insurance industry, policing, government and parliament.
What will you find on my blog?
My blog covers topics relating to justice and the failure and, in fact, the refusal of the UK state to protect me from, and investigate, frauds, discriminations, human rights atrocities and serious forms of mental abuse - abuse that would, I believe, meet the threshold of mental torture and inhuman, degrading and cruel treatment, as set out within the terms of article 3 of the Human Rights Act 1998, the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 and the United Nations Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment. I can prove that the legislation created by the United Kingdom to protect people from acts of abuse, discrimination, terror and crime has, in my case, been criminally disregarded by public officials to a truly extraordinary degree and I can also prove that certain public officials have, in fact, conducted themselves in dishonest, corrupt and fraudulent ways in relation to the duties that they were, and still are, obligated to fulfil towards me under the terms of multiple Acts of Parliament. I have decided to create a blog in the hope of shining a light on these subjects and I have also done so in the hope that my blog will ultimately connect me with other people who have become victims of the same type of acts that have been committed against me.
UK STATE CORRUPTION, STATE FAILURE AND THE DENIAL OF JUSTICE & REMEDY TO VICTIMS OF FRAUDS
In the video shown below, the former Police & Crime Commissioner of Thames Valley Police - Anthony Stansfield - talks about:
1. UK state corruption in relation to frauds committed against the public by people employed by financial service providers;
2. The way that members of the public are "punted around" between multiple public service authorities and law enforcement agencies in the UK (who are in charge of justice and remedy) when these members of the public report to them that frauds have been committed against them by financial service providers;
3. The complete failure of police forces and law enforcement agencies in the UK to prosecute, or even investigate, people employed by financial service providers who, in many cases, brazenly, and, very clearly, appear not to fear any repercussions or criminal prosecutions being brought against them by the police or others, commit serious and complex frauds against members of the public. In many cases, these frauds have already destroyed, or will, very soon, destroy, many peoples lives, families, reputations, businesses and livelihoods;
4. The collusion that then takes place between judges, sheriffs, solicitors, barristers and others who are employed by the UK state when those victims of fraud attempt to sue people working for financial service providers, in the civil court, who have committed frauds against them;
5. The ultimate denial of justice and remedy that takes place against victims of frauds as a result of all of this activity combined. In many cases, this activity, as a whole, amounts to a breach of article 13 of the Human Rights Act 1998 (your right to access an effective remedy if your human rights have been violated) and, in many cases, it also breaches article 3 of the Human Rights Act 1998 (your right not to be treated in a mentally torturous or inhuman and degrading way).
